Is Tamanu Sun your business? If so, I love the swimsuit I ordered. Very high quality and the price was excellent.

Annie, Yes, we'll probably return to the UK for visits and short mission trips, but I'm not sure we'll live there again. Who knows??...Maybe we will, but no actual plans to. I think that where we are in the states is a very good place to raise children. We do have plans to go to Rwanda, Africa, though. Since being back in the states we re-connected with a friend, Bernard Bucyana, who we met in Scotland who is from Rwanda. We have helped him to found a fledgling ministry organization to the orphans in Rwanda called Eleos Foundation Intl., Inc. Our website is eleosonline.com if you want to check it out. The writing program I use is, "Writing from the Heart; Creative Writing for the 'Godward'Life", by Daniel and Christine Kirk. The ISBN is 0-9677745-0-0. It has a several week calendar of different topics to write on including 1 vocabulary word a week and a 'free writing' day (my kids favorite) There are lessons on how to write well...collecting information and organizing it and so on and the book goes from small paragraphs to essays...story writing and other extras. I'm not sure what made my boys excited about it, but they always get happy when it's time to write. I'm very pleasantly suprised. My oldest uses his free writing day to continue on a children's book about our cat that we brought back from England...Fat Sam and his Four Friends. Thanks for the encouragement and Merry Christmas. celticlove

Annie, A pagan homeschooling family is a family that homeschools and who is Pagan. Our religion is defined by us as eclectic Pagan which means that we follow a nature oriented path. Blessings and thank you for asking. Susan

I've been a homeschool mom for about 17 years or so -- does NOT make me a pro -- I think it works in reverse. I have my two youngest children still at home, ages 9 and 13. We have been with a charter school for the past two years. We started with them again this year, but just made the decision to withdraw. It was getting a little too burdensome and intrusive -- much ado about state standards and mandated testing. It's nice to be independent again. I love to read, have some artistic inclinations, and always thought I'd publish a book someday. I'm kind of thinking that might not happen...I like creating school-related things on the computer, though -- records, forms, calendars, worksheets, unit studies, etc. I also love to sew and am in the process of starting a business making modest swimwear.

My four oldest children and one daughter-in-law are wonderful and successfully pursuing things they love. My grandson is wonderful-plus. I just wish they would all move across the street from me.
