This page is a forum for you (the users) to see what features are planned for
HSLaunch in the near future, and a channel for you to provide feedback on those
plans (and make suggestions, if you have a great idea that isn't on the list!).
Use the comment form below to respond if you wish. If you think an idea is a
waste of time, post it. If you're very interested in a particular idea and would
like it to have a higher priority, post it!
Current Overall Direction
Less emphasis on "social network" functionality, and more emphasis
on "practical tools and anonymous information exchange." "Friend"
linking, forums, group creation, blogging (etc) are not in active development.
File creation/sharing tools, credentialed information/article posting, user
stores - are in.

User Flagging |
In spite of a recent rash of spam, I want to avoid adding
a "waiting for approval" delay to every content change a user
wants to make. Images, yes. But for the links, profile content, etc, I'm
hoping a a very trigger-happy profile flagging system will suffice (i.e.
1 flag will suspend a profile for review. Of course, users demonstrating
an inappropriate pattern of flagging would have the functionality removed). |
