| My name is Misty, and I am a homeschooling mom! Just like you, I have come to realize that homeschooling is not a few short hours during the weekdays. This is our way of life! There are teaching opportunities at every turn, and our family is closer than ever through shared experiences. We have been homeschooling our daughter for three years now - she is 7 years old in third grade. We use Sonlight curriculum, but supplement with a variety of sources. Some of my favorite supplements are Growing With Grammar, Simply Music, and the Exploring Creation series. And THE REAL WORLD!
