Where Living & Learning are the Heart of the Home.

My name is Gina Glenn and my passion is helping other homeschooling mothers begin their own journey of re-education. In our groups, fondly called Momschool, I work one-on-one with like-minded and like-hearted women who desire to teach their children in a comprehensive framework called...discipleship.

I know that when I began homeschooling it was not for the many noble reasons I hear from other homeschoolers. I really was after something "better" educationally for my oldest (and at the time only) child. I believed that all the other things in life-church, friends, homelife- had little to do with education.

Praise God someone woke me up! I was shown this simple concept from Scripture, "A disciple (student) is not above his teacher, but everyone when he is fully trained will be like his teacher" and it caused me to realize that my goal was not God's goal and if I wanted to gain the heart of my child, I would need to teach with intention.

With nothing more than a high-school diploma (read: GED) and a desire to learn, my new journey began. This "season of learning" would become for our family a turning of the tide. For the new teacher was Jesus and each of us would become His students!

Several children later, I have found that the best method of education is the one that keeps you learning at His feet. I am glad that you have joined me there!
